Dhadak 2 has been in theatres for about a week now. The film, which released on August 1, 2025, has not performed well at the box office. The intense romantic drama, directed by Siddhanta Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri, is about to end its week with a modest hold. Here’s how Dhadak 2’s Day 6 looked like.
Dhadak 2 fails to improve on first Wednesday, fetches just Rs 1 crore
Dhadak 2, backed by Dharma Productions, has earned Rs 1 crore on its sixth day. It failed to improve on its performance on its first Wednesday.
Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri starrer could not avail Tuesday’s discount offer and registered a nett of only Rs 1.50 crore. Shazia Iqbal’s film earned Rs 11.25 crore in its debut weekend and Rs 1.25 crore on its fourth day.
The cumulative collection of Dhadak sequel till now is Rs 15 crore net at the box office. It looks like it will remain below 18 crore in the first week.

Dhadak 2 disappoints at the box office to end its run at Rs 20 crore
Dhadak 2 received positive word of mouth from cinephiles. However, the film, which was backed by Karan Johar, could not be a box office success, mainly due to poor marketing and promotional strategies.
While trending low, Dhadak 2, the remake of 2018 Tamil Film Pariyerum Perumal, looks set to earn Rs 20 crore by the end of its theatrical run. At the Hindi box office, it is locked horns with Son of Sardi 2 and Mahavatar Narsimha.
