Machine Gun Kelly Opens Up About Her Eating Habits.
In a recent Kick Live with influencer Adins Ross, the 35-year-old “Emo Girl” singer, whose real name is Colson Baker , admitted that he only eats out “a couple times a week” and mostly substitutes water for most meals.
Keep reading to find out more…“I don’t really eat, just do a bunch of water,” Mgk shared, explaining that he only eats a burger made by YouTuber Mike Majlak because they were streaming and “that’s my man’s s–t.”
After noting that he prefers to fast intermittently, the Grammy-nominated singer said that when he eats, he will only consume “bone broth with Kimchi and Sauerkraut.”
“‘Cause it has probiotics,'” Mgk explained. “When you do this water fasting, the only thing that’s crazy is that it kills all the good bacteria in you, too.”
“Kimchi and Sauerkraut have a lot of good probiotics,” he continued. “I just cook it in bone broth.”
In addition to the occasional burger, Mgk also said he’ll have coffee as well.
“I sometimes drink celery juice, coconut water,” he added.
In a recent interview, Machine Gun Kelly explained why he turned down the opportunity to audition for one of the biggest films of 2025.
