Saiyami Kher pievienojas Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan filmā “Haiwaan”

Actor Saiyami Kher has joined Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan in Priyadarshan’s Haiwaan in the locality. The film recently went on floors in Kochi.

Expressing her excitement about joining the project, Saiyami said in a press note, “Walking onto the sets of Haiwaan has been overwhelming in the most beautiful way. I still remember being that little girl sitting wide-eyed in the theatre, watching Akshay sir redefine what acting is or laughing endlessly at Saif sir’s effortless comic timing in films that became a part of our growing up years. Back then, I never imagined that one day I would actually be on the sets with the people whose films shaped my love for cinema.”

“There are moments now when I look around and I have to remind myself that this is real. These are the same faces that I once watched from the audience, and today I am sharing a frame with them. And then there is Priyansh. To me, he is more than just a director, he is a storyteller who has given us some of the most iconic films.”

“Being guided by his vision is something I always carry with me. His films were a big part of why I fell in love with film, and now to be on his set is like life coming full circle. We’ve only just started shooting, but I’m just soaking it all in, the excitement, the nerves, the gratitude. My heart is full, and I feel incredibly blessed to be a small part of a film that already feels so special,” added Saiyami.

Akshay recently took to his Instagram account and shared a behind-the-scenes video from the sets. Wearing a t-shirt with the word “saint” on it, he looked at Saif and joked, “I know this devil very well,” teasing his co-star and pointing out the fun chemistry they share.

Saif and Akshay were last seen together in Vijay Krishna Acharya’s directorial Tashan which released in 2008. It also starred Saif’s wife and co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead role.
