Kelley Wolf, the estranged wife of the actor Scott Wolf, announced in court on Tuesday that she plans to enter a treatment program.

The 48-year-old Real World: New Orleans alumna shared her treatment plans during her arraignment after she was arrested and charged for doxxing her ex by posting his phone number on social media.

‘I have informed everyone that needs to know, I will be attending a [treatment center] starting on September 12,’ she said, according to People.

‘This is what was asked of me by both Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf now for six months — all I wanted to do was leave a marriage,’ Kelley said.

A judge also issued Scott, 57, a new protective order on Tuesday that requires her to stay at least 300 feet away from him.

She was also order not to contact him or any of their three children: Jackson, 16; Miller, 12; and Lucy, 11.

Kelley is now facing three misdemeanor charges related to her allegedly harassment of the Party Of Five star.

They include a single misdemeanor charge of electronic communications harassment related to an interaction on August 25, as well as two misdemeanor charges of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information stemming from August 26, when she allegedly posted Scott’s personal phone number in an Instagram post.

Court records obtained by the Daily Mail indicate that the charges against Kelley have all been labeled as domestic violence related.

Despite facing multiple charges, the former reality star sounded upbeat after describing her treatment plans.

‘I am excited to go to [the treatment center]. I’m looking forward to it,’ she said, adding that her brother would be taking her to check in. ‘It’s fantastic. It’s a great place.

‘I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so September 12, I will be there for a month,’ Kelley clarified. ‘I hope that helps.’

Kelley’s announcement that she was entering a treatment program comes after the judge ordered her to ‘participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment’ upon her release in an earlier bail decision.

However, that decision is set to expire at midnight on Tuesday.

'I am excited to go to [the treatment center]. I'm looking forward to it,' Kelley said, adding that she was starting on September 12. She had been ordered to start a treatment program as part of the terms of her release from jail on bail

During the arraignment hearing, Judge Janet Elledge reportedly denied prosecutor Wendy Crossland’s attempts to have Kelley prove that she was still in compliance with the soon-to-expire release conditions order.

In addition to requiring that she seek treatment, it also instructed Kelley to be tested for drug use prior to the next hearing in her case, which is scheduled for September 30.

The prosecution had previously requested that Scott’s estranged wife be barred from accessing social media after she allegedly doxxed him on Instagram, but Judge Elledge declined to rule on that request.

Also on Tuesday, it was reported that Kelley was ordered to stay at least 300 feet away from her estranged husband, according to a new court order.

She had allegedly broken a temporary agreement with her ex, and as a result a judge had issued a new protective order against her, according to People.

Now, Kelley is forbidden from having any direct or indirect contact with Scott or their three children in the order, which was issued on Thursday.

The documents state that she cannot ‘commit, try to commit or threaten to commit any form of violence’ against her estranged husband or their kids, which includes ‘stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or causing any other form of abuse that could cause bodily injury.’

It has also been established that the ‘only’ time Kelley could be in contact with ex Scott is during mediation sessions with a scheduled ‘Court Qualified Mediator’ in regards to their divorce or custody agreement and must remain at least 300 feet away from her actor ex.

The development comes after a judge ruled Kelley cannot come into contact with Scott or her three children and will have to stay at least 300 feet away from him (the former couple are seen in January 2023)

People also reports that Kelley is also only allowed a visit to their family home with the presence of a police officer to pick up her belongings and is not allowed there otherwise.

Scott will continue to have temporary sole custody of the children and there will be a hearing on September 10.

Kelley has been barred from using drugs or alcohol until that formal court session.

This comes after it was revealed that Kelley could be banned from using social media as her case progresses if prosecutors have their way.

Prosecutors have asked a judge overseeing her case to add a ban on social media use as a condition of her bond after she alleged doxxed Scott by sharing his personal phone number in an Instagram post last Tuesday, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.

The judge has not yet weighed in on whether they’ll restrict Kelley’s access to social media.

The latest development in Kelley’s case comes as her ex Scott was granted a temporary protective order against his estranged wife, according to court records viewed by the Daily Mail.

Both Kelley and a representative for Scott have been contacted by the Daily Mail for comment, but neither has yet responded.

On Thursday, a judge approved the actor’s request for a temporary protective order against his ex.

Scott had filed his request on Tuesday, the same day that Kelley allegedly doxxed him before she was arrested.

A hearing was set for September 10 to allow Scott to explain if he wants an extension on the order.

According to a police affidavit obtained by the Daily Mail, the officer responding to a call from Scott observed him begin to receive a ‘barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people,’ shortly before Scott allegedly showed him Kelley’s post revealing his phone number.

Kelley was subsequently arrested by the same officer on one charge of electronic communication harassment and one charge of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

According to an indictment against Kelley obtained by the Daily Mail, the Summit County Attorney later charged Kelley with two counts of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information, both of which are Class B misdemeanors.

Wolf was previously indicted last Thursday on two misdemeanor counts for allegedly doxxing her ex in the wake of her arrest two days earlier.

Court documents indicate that she was previously arrested on one charge of electronic communication harassment and one charge of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

In an affidavit of probable cause obtained by the Daily Mail, the officer who arrested Wolf’s estranged wife said that she allegedly posted the 57-year-old Party Of Five star’s phone number online, leading him to receive a barrage of calls while the officer was responding to his initial call accusing his ex of harassment.

A Summit County Jail spokesman told the Daily Mail that Kelley was able to pay her $5000 bail and is about to be released from the jail.

The Daily Mail has contacted Kelley and Scott’s representatives for comment but hasn’t yet received responses.

According to the arresting officers report, he responded to a call from Scott Wolf at his home in Park City, Utah, after he ‘reported receiving multiple text messages from his wife with whom he is going through a divorce…’

Scott then allegedly received a call from Kelley’s phone number, which he answered on speaker phone so that the officer could hear it, but the call remained silent after he answered.

‘Shortly after Scott started receiving a barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people,’ the officer continued, noting that ‘Scott said all of the callers were unknown to him.’

The actor then allegedly pulled up his estranged wife’s Instagram page on his phone, which allegedly featured a since-deleted post that revealed Scott’s phone number to anyone visiting her page.

The officer then drove to Kelley's residence. He said she refused to open the door, so he waited while she changed out of a bathrobe into clothes before coming out to be arrested

According to the officer, Kelley wrote: ‘Let’s let dimples field his own press? Right? This old heffer needs a hug. And some steak!! And a night out! [sic]’

She then allegedly listed the phone number, adding, ‘Good luck yall!’

Scott allegedly confirmed that ‘dimples’ was a nickname for him, and he complained that the wave of phone calls he received from strangers in the wake of the doxxing was a ‘major disruption,’ with the officer documenting around 24 calls that he received just in the first 10 minutes of their interaction.

The officer said he then drove to Kelley’s home in Peoa, where she allegedly refused to open her front door and instead spoke to him through an open window.

After the officer told Kelley he had seen her post with Scott’s phone number, she refused to respond to the accusation and instead ‘started making counter accusations.’

The officer proceeded to tell Kelley that he had probable cause to arrest her, but he waited outside while she changed out of her bathrobe into more appropriate clothes, before she stepped outside and allowed herself to be arrested.

In a section of the arrest affidavit requesting continued detention, the officer said that Kelley’s family members claimed to him that she had been released from an inpatient treatment facility after agreeing to seek treatment, but she allegedly refused to seek further treatment upon release.

An order to hold with bail signed by a judge instructed that Kelley must ‘participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.’

The judge also ordered to to refrain from consuming alcohol or taking any drugs that haven’t been prescribed for her.

Kelley was instructed to refrain from contacting any people who might be potential witness in the case, which would include her estranged husband Scott.

Before her arrested, Kelley posted about police arriving at her house on her Instagram Stories.

‘The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why. Deputy Norton said I must comply and I will. I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing,’ Wolf (born Limp) Instastoried to her 89K followers.

‘He said I will go [to] Summit County Jail. He said I [will] be taken into a cell. And wait for a judge to make some ruling? I am so scared. So confused. I was about to go on a date and it’s the first time I could breathe.

‘Please come and help me! They said they have “probable cause” of a crime? I cannot go to a hospital! I have no mental disorders. No drugs, no arrest, no speeding tickets ever! Please fight for me!’

On Monday, the Real World: New Orleans alum revealed that Summit County Deputy Nay was texting her for a welfare check eight months after she had ‘begged for help from the police’ amid allegations the 57-year-old Party of Five alum abused their kids.

Kelley had been openly discussing her imminent plans to leave for Australia for six months, even tagging private plane company Wheels Up.

Wolf — who’s allotted three supervised video or phone calls with her three children per week — appeared erratic and angry as she recently livestreamed her first visit with two of her kids ‘in three months.’

‘We love you,’ Scott said in the disturbing clip.

‘I don’t love you,’ the FLOW life coach shot back at Wolf.

‘I love you Lucy! I love you Miller! Let Jackson come and see me. You’re a monster. Your whole family is monsters. Wolves in sheep’s clothing! Don’t ever come here again. If I see you here, I’m calling the police.’

Kelley’s 16-year-old son Jackson’s absence from the recent visit was thoroughly explained Tuesday when he posted three Instastories explaining his estrangement.

‘I do not associate with my mom in any way. She is very mentally ill and has completely lost the person she was. I’m very sorry to anyone that has been abused physically or mentally by her,’ the high school sophomore wrote.

‘As well anything said about my dad by Kelley is false. No he is not an abuser, he is not a manipulator and he is not a drug addict.

‘He is a spectacular father and a great man,’ Jackson continued. ‘He only wishes the best for my mom.’

Jackson concluded by sharing screenshots of disturbing texts where Wolf ‘quit’ being their mom: ‘If you are one of the people supporting this version of my mom, shame on you. I love my mom so much but she isn’t herself right now.’

On August 15, the Doc actor — who filed for divorce on June 9 after 21 years of marriage — shared a private text from Kelley with People that proved that she has been making false abuse allegations against him.

‘The only way I can fight back is to produce claims that are either the same as yours or greater to create more urgency to get the kids back,’ her text read.

‘Or at least get back joint custody.’

The Cricket Project founder was previously placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold on June 13 at a facility for erratic behavior and attempting to take her three children out of the country, and then on July 6 for an incident involving a knife.

In a divorce agreement signed on July 19, a Utah judge ordered Scott to temporarily provide her $10K/month for living costs, car payments, minimum payments on credit cards, and some attorney fees.

Wolf will reprise his role as Dr. Richard Miller in the second season of Barbie Kligman’s medical drama Doc, which premieres September 23 on Fox.

The former sorority sister first found fame on reality TV where she starred in The Real World: New Orleans in 2000 followed by The Challenge in 2002 and The Real World Homecoming in 2022.
