Heidi Klum just revealed that she’s embarking on her first worming and parasite cleanse.
“I heard you’re supposed to do it once a year, and I’ve never done it. So I feel like I’m really behind. I don’t know what the heck is going to come out of it,” the 52-year-old told The Wall Street Journal on Monday.
“I’m starting it now, and you have to do it for months. It’s like the whole thing.”
Heidi went on to claim that every person has parasites and worms inside their bodies, especially if you like raw fish.
“If you’re someone who occasionally eats raw things, like sushi, for example. There are pills [to get rid of them],” Klum explained.
“They have all these plants. There’s a lot of cloves in there. The parasite hates cloves. They also hate the seeds from the papaya. We have all this metal inside us, and it’s also very important that you use this de-metalling.”

Ironically, the self-proclaimed “Halloween Queen” dressed as an earthworm during her 21st annual bash at Sake No Hana on Manhattan’s Lower East Side in 2022.
As usual, Heidi collaborated with Oscar-nominated, special effects makeup artist Mike Marino and his prosthetics renaissance team at the age of 15 on the epic costume.
Klum will next appear on ABC’s Good Morning America this Wednesday to promote the 21st season of Project Runway.
The Emmy Award-winning host reunites with his America’s Got Talent judge Sofia Vergara on the next episode of the reality TV design competition, which airs this Thursday on FreeForm, Disney+, and Hulu.
OG Project Runway judge Nina Garcia and celebrity stylist Law Roach joined Klum as judges, while Project Runway season 4’s Christian Siriano returned as a mentor to the designers.
Heidi previously hosted Project Runway for 16 seasons, which ran from 2004-2018, before leaving to compete in the competition, making the cut for Amazon Prime Video alongside Tim Gunn for three seasons spanning 2020-2022.
“Project Runway is my first television baby,” Klum gushed to WSJ.
“It’s something that I helped create, helped sell to the network that ultimately picked us up at the time. I love the show. I’m proud of the show.”
“I feel like we’ve come a long way. I talked about important things on the show that I thought were kind of revolutionary at the time, including body positivity. So I feel like, ‘Yeah, I’m coming back.’ But you know, in my heart, I was never really gone.”

The Calzedonia brand ambassador welcomed four children—daughter Leni, 21 (with Flavio Braatore); son Henry, 19; son Johan, 18; and daughter Lou, 15—during her seven-year marriage to second ex-husband Seal, which ended in 2012.
