ID: Fake is set to start streaming on OTT platform Saina Play. While the release date is yet to be finalized, the platform shared the update via its social media handle.
The post read, “Get ready for this!!! ID: Fake is streaming soon only on Saina Play.” Apart from the Malayalam version, the film will also be available in Tamil and Telugu.

The film follows the life of a young man, Vinod, who is expecting his first child.Vinod makes a living working as a food delivery person at his neighbor’s restaurant. However, his life takes a wild turn when he finds out that a nude photo of his wife is being circulated online.
Unable to grasp reality, he and his wife develop a rift between them, though the latter doesn’t know why. How he learns the origin of the image and how their relationship transforms the rest of the film.

ID: Fake features actors like Dhyan Sreenivasan, Divya Pillai, Johny Antony, Kalabhavan Shajon, Indrans, Jasnya Jayadeesh and others in lead roles.
The film, written and directed by Arun Sivavilasam, is musically composed by Nihal Sadiq. While Faisal Ali handles the cinematography, Riyas K Badhar edited it.

Dhyan Sreenivasan was last seen in the lead role of “Raveendra Nee Eride?” The comedy thriller, which co-stars Anoop Menon, was directed by Manoj Palodan.
The film, which was released on July 18, 2025, was met with an unsatisfactory response from critics.
Moving forward, the actor will next be seen in supporting roles in Fahadh Faasil starrer Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira (OKCK) and Dileep BHA. Bha. Ba.
