Exclusive: Love Is Blind UK star Bardha has opened up about her tough split from ex-fiancé Jed.

The second series of Love is Blind UK has been an emotional journey, with last week’s finale revealing which couple said “I do” and last night’s reunion episode revealing who’s staying together.
At the conclusion of the Netflix program, stunned viewers witnessed Bardha make the heartbreaking choice to reject the devastated JED at the altar.
Despite wanting to continue the romance, the reunion revealed that the duo later split.
Furthermore, tensions seemed to be particularly high between the former partners when Bardha informed Jed that she had no interest in seeing him again.
In an exclusive chat, the reality star revealed the events that unfolded in the months following their wedding ceremony.

Discussing her altar rejection, Bardha gushed, “It was probably the worst decision I’ve ever had to make. I didn’t want to make that decision.”
“After the wedding, I went to him and said I wanted to keep trying. You know, I loved him so much and I wanted to make it work.”
She then revealed: “He didn’t want to… I don’t know if he didn’t want to, but he didn’t try. I was fighting a losing battle.”
“If both of you don’t put in the effort, it won’t work and there would be no point.”
Bardha then went on to detail how an incident involving Jedd’s ex-partner had caused further tension between them, reports the Mirror in the Area.

“About three weeks in, we had an argument and he asked me to take my ring off because he was seeing his ex-girlfriend,” she revealed.
“And I felt like she was more of a priority than me, and at that point I was like, ‘What am I doing? Why am I fighting for something that he clearly doesn’t want?'”
“So I left and went back the next day to get my things, and I haven’t spoken to him since, and I have no desire to.”
“I don’t care what he does, who he’s with, if anyone, it doesn’t concern me,” she stressed.
“He wasn’t my man; he wasn’t the man he pretended to be. I feel like I had a successful escape and thank God.”
With a nod to fellow contestant Patrick’s famous affection, she joked: “I feel like it might have been my spleen that made me say no, if I’m honest, but I listened and I’m so glad I made that decision.”
Meanwhile, the drama-filled reunion episode also revealed that Megan and Kieran had stayed married, while Sarover and Cal and Ashley and Billy had decided to split after their wedding.
