The Outstanding Comedy Series category at the 2025 Emmy Awards was stacked, but there could only be one winner.
The studio eventually received recognition on Sunday, September 14, at an awards show at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles, with star Seth Rogen addressing the crowd.
“It’s getting confusing. I really appreciate it. With all due respect to everyone, everyone — I’m going to make every attempt at sincerity here. If you’ve watched our show, if you’ve rated our show, voted for our show, especially, thank you so much. I’m legitimately overwhelmed by how happy this makes me,” Rogen said. “To be here with all these people. They’re the best people I know, and to have them spend their days with me, working with me, is honestly like one of the great honors of my life. So, thank you all so much.”
After Rogen allowed other members of the creative team to speak, he told the stars to “thank their managers” and left the stage.
