Baltimore is new in theaters and in the estimation of entertainment editor Kristy Puchko, it’s “the feel-good movie of 2025.”
This loving indie comedy stars Michael Strassner as an improv comedian who has a really rough Christmas Eve when he meets a clueless dentist (Liza Larsen) who changes everything. Strassner stars in the film not only as a local Baltimore rocker named Kasen, but also co-wrote Baltimoreon with director Jay Duplass.
To celebrate the film’s theatrical release, Mashable invited Duplass and Strassner to our Say More Studio to cover the film’s Improv and Baltimore roots with a special round of Say the Action in the Field. In this game, players are given a famous quote from the film and directions on how to deliver it. And as you’ll see, when these two comedy collaborators face off, the results are hilarious.
