The first Blue Roller is coming! Unfortunately for fans in the States, it’s in CBeebies Land, all the way to the UK.

While we wait for Ludo Studios’ Blue Film to arrive in 2027 and any news on more seasons of the series, fans can plan to check out Alton Towers’ The Heeler Family World. The British theme park resort features CBeebies Land, named after the channel that features family-friendly television fare like Bluey.

Disney Experiences previously announced that Bluey will be coming to its resorts and cruise line, but for now, only in a meet-and-greet area. The coaster is the first official ride outside of the walk-through theme park experience at Bluey World Australia.

Bianca Sammut, Vice President of Alton Towers Resort, shared the news with the release: “I am delighted to finally announce our new Blue Roller Coaster in Cbeebies Land – the first Blue Roller Coaster in the world. We can’t wait to welcome Blue Roller Coaster fans and new families from all over the world to the resort. We are keeping the exact details and launch date of Blue Roller Coaster under wraps for now. Blue Roller Coaster Unlimited Energy will definitely be featured on our new junior roller coaster.”

Currently, park guests can take part in character meet-and-greets, live shows, or stay in Alton Towers’ Blue -themed rooms. Yes, there are rooms that have been completely re-imagined to look like Bluey and Bingo’s home, which opened to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Cbeebies land.

In the meantime, we’re excited to learn more about the family-friendly roller coaster and whether it will feature an original story or be based on a fan-favorite episode (“Sleepytime” would be a dreamy space adventure). The ride is scheduled to open in spring 2026.
