Openai expects to generate about 8% of its revenue from commercial partners, namely Microsoft, by the end of the decade, the company reported Friday.
The difference between those figures amounts to more than $50 billion in additional revenue that Openai would have retained on its own, the report added.
Reuters could not immediately confirm the report.
